This chapter covers explosives, pyrotechnic products, matches, pyrophoric alloys and certain combustible preparations. The headings listed here take in initiating and detonating devices (36.03), pyrotechnic articles such as fireworks and signalling flares (36.04), and ferro-cerium type pyrophoric alloys together with articles of combustible materials (36.06). The notes keep "combustible preparations" narrow: metaldehyde and similar products put up as tablets or sticks for use as fuel, alcohol-based and other similar prepared fuels in solid or paste form, liquid or liquefied-gas fuels for lighters in containers of 300 cm³ or less, and resin torches and firelighters.
(katı veya hamur halde);
The first six digits of every code in this chapter are the same in every country that applies the Harmonized System. The chapter has 3 headings and 22 twelve-digit codes (2026 schedule).
The range is always computed WITHIN a single column: showing the EU column and the all-other-countries column as one range would misstate the duty. The binding rate depends on the twelve-digit code and the country of origin.
