What this chapter covers
This chapter gathers miscellaneous manufactured articles that do not belong elsewhere in the tariff. It runs from worked ivory, bone, horn and mother-of-pearl through brooms and brushes, buttons and slide fasteners, pens, pencils and chalks, to lighters, smoking pipes, combs, scent sprays and vacuum flasks. Articles containing precious metal, pearls or precious stones generally remain in this chapter, but headings 96.01 to 96.06 and 96.15 admit such materials only as minor decoration or minor constituents.
Worked ivory, bone, horn, coral, mother-of-pearl and similar animal carving materials, and articles of them (96.01)

2. 96.02 pozisyonundaki " yontulmaya elverişli bitkisel veya mineral maddeler " tabirinden aşağıda yazılı
olanlar anlaşılır:
(a) Sert tohumlar, küçük çekirdekler, cevizler, fındıklar ve diğer kabuklar ile yontulmaya elverişli diğer bitkisel
maddeler; (örneğin; korozo cevizi ve dom palmiyesi)
(b) Kehribar, lületaşı, aglomere kehribar ve aglomere lületaşı, siyah kehribar ve siyah kehribar yerine
kullanılan mineral maddeler
3. 96.03 pozisyonu anlamında, " hazırlanmış süpürge ve fırça başları " tabirinden, bir ayırıma gerek
duyulmaksızın boyacı veya ressam fırçaları imalinde kullanılmaya hazır bir durumda olan yahut bu
